In MDF production lines, the stability of transmission systems and rotating assemblies directly affects productivity, board quality and maintenance downtime. 4. Replacement considerations for YHE 32228 in MDF plants
Do not rely only on dimensions 140 × 250 × 71.75 mm. Verify configuration, accuracy, cage/material, operating load, speed, lubrication and installation requirements. For paired bearings, follow the machine manufacturer’s arrangement and clearance/preload specification.
During maintenance, inspect housing temperature, noise, vibration, lubricant condition, rollers and raceways. Investigate unusual noise, rapid temperature increases or elevated vibration early to prevent secondary damage.
