Payment & Delivery

1. Policy Scope

LDT Vietnam applies flexible payment and delivery arrangements according to each order, product type, delivery location and conditions confirmed in the quotation or agreement with the customer.

2. Payment and Transaction Confirmation

Payment method, timing and conditions are confirmed in the quotation, order, contract or official communication between LDT and the customer.

Depending on the case, payment may be made by bank transfer or another method agreed by both parties.

Please carefully check:

• Product code.
• Quantity.
• Unit price.
• Taxes and related costs.
• Payment conditions.
• Delivery time and location.

The information in LDT's quotation or official confirmation takes priority for each specific transaction.

3. Delivery Methods

LDT supports various delivery methods depending on the order, including:

• Direct delivery using a suitable vehicle.
• Shipment through a courier, freight route or transport provider.
• Truck delivery for heavy or bulky goods.
• Customer collection at a location agreed by both parties.

The delivery method and any transport cost will be discussed before delivery.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on stock status, delivery location, transport method and actual conditions when the order is processed.

For items in stock, LDT will prioritise processing and delivery within a suitable period after the order is confirmed.

For made-to-order, imported or specially requested products, the estimated delivery time will be stated in the quotation or discussed with the customer.

If delays arise from transport, stock conditions or objective causes, LDT will provide an update when information becomes available.

5. Inspection on Receipt

When receiving goods, you should check:

• Product code and brand.
• Quantity received.
• Packaging and external condition.
• Documents or accompanying materials confirmed in advance.

If you find an incorrect code, shortage, damage or difference from the confirmed information, please contact LDT as soon as possible for checking and support.
