SKF chain lubricator prevents insufficient lubrication of chain drives
Insufficient lubrication can reduce chain life by up to 80%, increase maintenance hours and costs, and reduce productivity. Conventional chain lubrication methods are often inaccurate, resulting in over-lubrication or insufficient lubrication. In addition, lubrication points are often difficult to reach and/or unsafe for lubrication teams. The LAPB 3/4CK chain lubricator was developed to eliminate manual work and lubricate the required chain components effectively.
The LAPB 3/4CK chain lubricator is supplied with SKF chain oil, which withstands operating conditions of moving chains and penetrates the narrow gaps between chain components. It is suitable for chain drives operating at great height or in difficult-to-access locations.

Time setting
After installation, the system can be set to dispense lubricant according to the application’s needs at intervals from one month to 12 months. The correct setting is best determined by inspecting the oil film on the chain during maintenance.
