FK stands for “Find solution, Keep rotation”, reflecting the company’s decision to develop its business by providing products and services from the end user’s perspective. Established in 1969, FK focuses on research, production and integrated solutions for bearing applications. More than 50 years of bearing experience drives the company toward becoming a bearing specialist and leading supplier. FK Bearing Group has received recognition as a leading single-product manufacturing enterprise for bearings.
FK Bearing Group includes the parent company FK Bearing Group Co., Ltd. (formerly Nanan Bearing Co., Ltd.) and subsidiaries OTC (Xiamen) Bearing Co., Ltd. (formerly Xiamen Bearing Factory) and XIAMEN FK IMP.&EXP., CO., LTD. The group focuses on bearing units, providing products and services with rapid delivery to meet different user requirements. Its work begins with pre-sales service based on each user’s equipment characteristics and needs. It was among the first in the industry to propose different solutions for different users and now offers more than 30 bearing-unit solutions for various sub-industries. To rapidly supply customized bearing units, FK has built an integrated, automated, intelligent and flexible production facility covering the bearing and housing manufacturing chain. Strict material selection, optimized processes, modern and self-developed equipment, automated inspection and classification, and quality control at every stage support product stability and consistency. With annual output and sales exceeding 20 million units, FK is a major global bearing-unit manufacturer with advanced technology and substantial production capacity.
As a member of the National Technical Committee for Bearing Standardization, FK Bearing Group is a principal drafter of seven Chinese national bearing standards and seven Chinese bearing industry standards. It has a provincial enterprise technology center in Fujian, a high-speed low-noise bearing research institute, a long-life bearing testing center, and production bases in Nan’an and Xiamen. It is recognized as a national specialized and innovative “little giant” enterprise and a national high-tech enterprise.
Bearing units are easy to install and provide simple, effective bearing arrangements capable of accommodating moderate initial misalignment caused by installation errors. They are widely used in automated factory lines, logistics machinery, environmental-protection equipment, vehicle inspection lines, packaging machinery, building-material production, food and pharmaceutical production, demanding agricultural and mining equipment, high-temperature furnaces, wet fruit and vegetable cleaning lines, waste-treatment systems, HVAC fans, escalators, central kitchens, mechanical parking equipment and airport baggage conveyors.
To provide rapid service and continuous added value to end users, FK and its partners have established a sales and service network comprising four regional warehouses in China and seven continental warehouses worldwide.
