Hydraulic tool lubricant HTL201. Reliable pump for hydraulic-driven equipment
The HTL 201 lubrication pump mounts directly on the hydraulic tool and lubricates continuously while the tool is operating. The carrier machine’s hydraulic system drives the lubrication pump. The pump remains on the tool that requires lubrication, even when the carrier machine is changed.
The HTL 201 is ideal for minimizing friction and wear on hydraulic hammers, clamps or grabs, and on mini excavators. The pump can be installed where space is virtually unavailable.
The HTL 201 uses a 310 ml cartridge with fluid grease or grease up to NLGI 2. A universal adapter makes it easy to use almost any cartridge on the market, from 310 ml cartridges to standard tubes. For applications with higher lubricant consumption, such as tunnel boring machines, versions with refillable 8 or 17 litre reservoirs are available. With a follower plate, the pump can be installed horizontally to save space. The reservoir provides a semi-analogue lubricant level switch with several signal levels distributed across an analogue signal range from 4 to 20 mA. Users can monitor lubricant delivery during operation and receive warnings about upcoming low-level events.
